Staff were very kind and caring, treated me with respect and I was kept fully informed throughout my stay. Operation and post operation was clearly explained and nothing was any trouble.

Without the care and professionalism of the teams who daily given up to do their very best for people in their roles, the UK will loose a vital about ourselves.
Suggested improvements
Eric/ Iris ward his a clockwork observance of routines that meets all challenges.
Only one puzzle- way out sign by bay 1- is it an exit or (arrow toward- upward) for emergencies only?
